Dr. med vet Katarina Glos graduated from
Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich (LMU), but
even before she had graduated she had accrued
significant practical experience working in a small
animal practice in addition to her studies.
She completed her doctoral thesis in the subject of essential fatty acid supplementation for allergic dogs and has continued with her interest in this subject. She is currently in the third year of her residency in veterinary dermatology. Her special areas of interest have been in the areas of demodicosis, sebaceous adenitis and she is involved in ongoing clinical research in poxvirus infections in small animals.
